Hey there! Welcome back to Dev Tech Tricks. Today I'm going to show you How to get Google Assistant on your android device. First of all, you all must to aware of Google Assistant. Google Assistant is same as Siri in Apple, works on your voice-recognistion system. Currently, it is not publicly open for all. It is under testing. So let's don't waste time and get into How to get it?
Steps To Follow :-
Step 1. Go to Settings --> Google Button --> Tap on Three Dots On Right Hand Side Top Corner --> Help & Feedbacks --> Again Tap on Three Dots --> View in Google Play Store
Step 2. Google Play Store will get open. Google Play Services Page is there. Scroll Down to the bottom of the page and Enroll yourself for the Beta Program by Clicking on "I'm In"
Enrolling will take some time. Wait for Google App's Beta Update.
Step 3. Once the Google App's Beta pop ups. Update the App.
Step 4. Go to Settings --> Languages --> Change the language to English (United States).
Step 5. Again Go to Settings --> Apps --> Google App --> Storage --> Tap on Manage Storage --> Clear All Data
Also Clear All Data Of Google Play Services.
Step 6. Open Google App --> Swipe to Right --> Tap On Settings --> Turn On Google Assistant.
That's All! Google Assistant will get activated on your device.
Note : Google Assistant drains Battery. Maybe this why it is for BETA version.
Thanks!
