Steps To Follow :-
Step 1. Open the PDF you want the Reader to read for you.
Step 2. Click on View Tab and there Last Option will be "Read Out Loud".
Step 3. Place your mouse pointer on "Read Out Load" and a sub menu will pop out having the following shortcuts to Activate the Read Out Loud Feature.
Press the Following to do the following actions:-
Ctrl + Shift + Y ---> Activate Read Out Loud
Ctrl + Shift + V ---> Read This Page Only
Ctrl + Shift + B ---> Read To The End Of Document
Ctrl + Shift + C ---> Pause
Ctrl + Shift + E ---> Stop
